Our NUCLEOSIEVE DNA EXTRACTION KITS allow rapid and effective purification of genomic DNA. These kits are designed to efficiently isolate genomic DNA from a wide variety of sample types, including tissue, cells, blood, serum, plant and bacteria. After preparing the lysates, the DNA is rapidly purified from lysates using a silica column based centrifugation procedure. The isolated DNA is suitable for downstream applications like PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, Southern blotting etc.
We also provide products for clean up and concentration of DNA from gel slices or PCR.
