Product Description
Nucleosieve® Plant RNA extraction Kit is designed for rapid and efficient purification of high quality total RNA from wide variety of plant species and tissue types.
The kit employs silica-based membrane technology through a simple spin column. The standard process takes under 30 minutes after cell lysis. The purified, high-quality RNA is suitable for various downstream applications, including RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, Northern blotting, and other RNA-based analyses. RNA yields may vary depending on the species, tissue type, and age of the tissue sample.
Compatible With Multiple Sample Types
Compatible with wide variety of samples including leaves, roots, sprouts, stem, and other parts of various plants. The samples can also be stored in RNA protecting reagents such as RNAintactTM (Primordia Lifesciences Cat.No. PLM007).
