Product Description
The Nucleosieve® Bacterial DNA Extraction Kits allow rapid and effective purification of genomic DNA. The kit is designed to efficiently isolate genomic DNA from Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria. After preparing the lysates, the DNA is rapidly purified from lysates using a silica column based centrifugation procedure. The isolated DNA is 20–50 kb in size and is suitable for downstream applications.
