NUCLEOSIEVE RNA EXTRACTION KITS provide the fastest way to purify RNA from a wide variety of samples using silica columns for downstream applications and different amplification technologies. These kits use a lysis buffer which ensures the inactivation of RNases and extraction of intact RNA. Optimal buffering conditions are provided to ensure the efficient binding of the RNA to the column. The contaminants are washed away using two different wash buffers and high quality RNA is eluted in RNase-free buffer.
