The Nucleosieve® Bacterial RNA Extraction Kits allow rapid and effective purification of RNA. The kit is designed to efficiently isolate RNA from Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria. Nucleosieve® Bacterial RNA Extraction kit provide the fastest and easiest way to purify bacterial RNA for reliable use in amplification technologies. This Kit uses a lysis buffer, followed by rapid and efficient precipitation of proteins, leaving all nucleic acids in solution. . Addition of ethanol facilitates binding of RNA to the Spin Column for initial purification.
